While most service projects are carried out by individual clubs working
in their
communities, some RI programs, such as Youth Exchange or Disaster Relief,
are
handled at the district level. Frequently, all the clubs in a district join
together to carry
out a district wide project. In other instances, an entire district may work
with a club or
district in another country to provide support for a World Community Service
project.
